Certification Made Easy · Sydney
You may already have the skills and the experience. We help you work out whether Recognition of Prior Learning, gap training or a full qualification is the right route, connect you with the appropriate partner RTO, and stay with you until the certificate is in your hand.
Where the jobs actually are
These are the qualifications employers across New South Wales cannot fill fast enough — and the ones where existing experience most often counts toward Recognition of Prior Learning.
Three ways in
Most people assume they have to sit a full course. Often they do not. Which of these three applies to you depends entirely on what you can evidence — and that is the first thing we work out.
Pathway 01
A formal assessment of skills you already have against the units of a nationally recognised qualification. Where your evidence satisfies a unit, you are granted it.
Who it suits Tradespeople, carers, supervisors and managers who have been doing the work for years with nothing on paper to show for it.
Pathway 02
The middle road, and in practice the most common outcome. RPL covers what you can evidence; short targeted training covers the units where there is a genuine gap.
Who it suits Anyone whose experience is strong but partial — particularly where Australian codes or regulations differ from where they trained.
Pathway 03
Complete study through a partner RTO, with delivery modes that fit around work — online, blended, evening or on campus, depending on the qualification.
Who it suits People entering a new industry, and anyone whose experience cannot be documented well enough to carry an assessment.
Who issues your certificate
Certification Made Easy is a consultancy. Every qualification our clients receive is delivered, assessed and issued by a Registered Training Organisation. We tell you which provider we are referring you to, and why, before you commit to anything.
Certification Made Easy is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We operate solely as a consulting agency, providing advisory and referral services to our clients through our trusted RTO partners. Licences are issued by regulators — NSW Fair Trading, the NSW Police Force and others — not by us and not by an RTO. Read exactly who does what →
Our signature process
Four steps, in the same order, every time. It is why people finish — and why they send us their friends.
We start with the job you actually want, not a course catalogue. Mahmoud maps your work history, overseas experience, existing tickets and any study you have done, then tells you what it is worth against a nationally recognised qualification.
Free pathway sessionYou get a straight answer on which of the three pathways fits — and if your evidence will not carry an RPL application, we say so. We also confirm the licence or registration your qualification needs to support, before any money changes hands.
RPL, gap training or full courseWe place you with the partner Registered Training Organisation best suited to your qualification, your evidence and how you need to study. Different RTOs are strong in different areas; matching that properly is most of the job.
Matched to the right RTOThis is the part most consultancies skip. We stay with you through the paperwork, chase what needs chasing, and keep going until the certificate is in your hand — including coming to the college with you when that is what it takes.
Support from enquiry to completionTraining Centre
Grouped by demand, because that is what determines how quickly you will be working. Everything flagged in gold is a sector currently short of qualified people in NSW.
Australia's fastest-growing workforce, and the one with the shortest route in.
Qualify to work with children — and step onto a ladder that keeps climbing.
Case work, mental health support and welfare — the sector that hires on capability.
Enter tech through the door that does not require a degree.
Structured selling, mindset and customer skills — measured properly.
From the pass to the payslip — commercial cookery, properly certified.
Real results
Not composites and not stock stories — these are clients of Mahmoud's who agreed to be named, with the qualification each of them actually holds. Every certificate below was assessed and issued by a partner Registered Training Organisation, not by us.
Individual outcomes. Timeframes and results depend on your own evidence, the qualification and the provider — they are not a guarantee of what will happen for you.
NSW Government funding
Smart and Skilled is the NSW Government programme that subsidises training toward qualifications on the NSW Skills List. Four questions will tell you where you stand.
Takes about twenty seconds. Nothing is submitted until you choose to.
Are you 15 years old or over?
Do you live or work in New South Wales?Either one counts.
Have you left school?
Are you an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen?
You meet the core criteria
Meeting these does not guarantee a subsidy on every course: the qualification must be on the current NSW Skills List, and prior qualifications can affect entitlement. Leave your details and we will confirm your position on the specific course you want.
Worth a conversation
Subsidy is one funding route among several. There are payment plans, provider options and other arrangements, and it costs you nothing to have Mahmoud look at your situation properly rather than assume the door is closed.
What clients say
5 out of 5 from 6 published reviews. We publish reviews under real first names, with the qualification attached.
Meet Mahmoud
Certification Made Easy is not a call centre. Mahmoud takes the first session himself, and he is the one who picks up when you ring at eight in the evening because a form does not make sense.
Five years working inside Australian vocational education — at My Skills College in Punchbowl, Australian City International College in Parramatta and Australian International Islamic College in Durack — and ten years in real estate before that. He has seen both sides: what a training package requires, and what an employer or a licensing authority actually accepts. That combination is why he can tell you in one conversation whether a pathway is realistic.
