Mahmouds advise on Sales Attitudinal Training was very helpful in both areas of customer service and sales work . Doing this course and achieving a Statement of Achievement helped me focus on my goals and achieve my top job. Highly recommended to change your life
Certificate II in Sales & Attitudinal Training
I had the concreting experience but nothing on paper. Mahmoud placed me with the right college, helped me put the application together, and then chased them for months when the certificate got stuck. I have my Certificate III and my licence now. I still ring him to say thank you.
Certificate III in Concreting
My course went quiet and I had no idea who to ring or what to even ask for. Mahmoud took over the follow-up with the RTO, worked out which units were still outstanding, and kept at it until everything was finalised. Without that I do not think it would have been finished. Very grateful.
Certificate IV in Plumbing & Drainage
I got my Certificate III in Carpentry through RPL. Mahmoud came with me to the college, sorted out all the paperwork and stayed on top of it until it was finished. He has a fatherly concern to make sure his clients make it to the end — he does not just sign you up and disappear.
Certificate III in Carpentry
I obtained my Builder's Licence within three to four months through Mahmoud's connections and the preparation he put me through. He knew exactly what was needed and exactly who to speak to. What would have taken me a year on my own was done properly and quickly.
Certificate IV in Building and Construction
Mahmoud helped me get my air conditioning and refrigeration licence. He introduced me to the right people and supported me from start to finish. Every time I had a question he answered it, and he never left me to work it out on my own. I would not have my licence today without him.

Named outcomes
A review is an opinion. A certificate is a fact. These are clients who agreed to have both their first name and their qualification published — every one of them assessed and issued by a partner RTO, not by us.
Individual outcomes, published with each client's permission. Timeframes and results depend on your own evidence, the qualification and the provider — they are not a guarantee of what will happen for you.
Google Reviews embed — reserved space. Once the Google Business Profile
for Certification Made Easy is verified, live Google reviews will appear in this block, so
that our reviews can be read on a platform we do not control. The developer note in
reviews.php explains the four steps to switch it on.
Until then we will not pretend otherwise: the reviews above are collected directly by us and checked before publishing, which means you are currently taking our word for them. The things you do not have to take our word for are the partner RTOs, each verifiable on training.gov.au, and the qualifications themselves — any client can confirm theirs through their own USI transcript at usi.gov.au.
Your turn
If Mahmoud helped you get qualified, saying so publicly is the most useful thing you can do for the next person in your position.
