For employers & RTOs
Qualify the workforce you already have
Recruiting qualified staff in the current market is slow and expensive. Qualifying the capable people already on your payroll is neither. We manage that process end to end for employers across New South Wales.
The commercial case
Why upskilling beats recruiting right now
Across aged care, disability, early childhood, community services and construction, the binding constraint is not applicants — it is qualified applicants. Ratio requirements, funding conditions, insurance and licensing all specify credentials, and a capable unqualified employee cannot be counted against any of them.
Meanwhile most organisations are carrying experienced staff who would meet a substantial part of the relevant qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning if anyone assembled the evidence. Support workers running complex clients. Room leaders in all but title. Supervisors managing budgets and teams with no formal credential. Site foremen who have never held a Certificate IV.
Qualifying those people is faster than recruiting, materially cheaper than agency cover, and it does something recruitment cannot: it gives good staff a reason to stay.
What we deliver
Four ways we work with organisations
Staff upskilling programmes
We audit your existing workforce against the qualifications your operation actually requires, identify who is closest to completion through RPL, and build a staged programme that does not take everyone off the roster at once.
- Workforce qualification audit
- RPL suitability screening per employee
- Staged delivery scheduled around rostering
Compliance-driven certification
Where a funder, regulator, insurer or head contractor specifies credentials, we work backwards from that requirement — confirming exactly which qualification satisfies it before anyone enrols in anything.
- NDIS, aged care and NQF workforce requirements
- Construction site and head-contractor credentialing
- Tender and pre-qualification documentation support
Group bookings & group RPL
Cohorts of staff assessed and trained together, which is both cheaper and considerably easier to manage than individual enrolments. Group RPL in particular works well because the evidence types are consistent across a team.
- Cohort pricing through partner RTOs
- On-site assessment where the RTO supports it
- Single point of contact for progress reporting
RTO partnerships
We work with trusted Registered Training Organisations across trades, care, business and technology — see how our RTO partnerships work. If you are an RTO with capacity in a qualification our clients need, we would like to hear from you.
- Qualified, pre-screened student referrals
- RPL candidates with evidence already assembled
- Long-term referral relationships, not one-off leads
How an engagement runs
From first conversation to certified staff
Deliberately structured so you are not managing thirty individual enrolments, and so your operation keeps running while it happens.
Scope
We establish what your compliance, funding or contractual obligations actually require, and where your current workforce sits against them.
Screen
Each staff member is assessed for RPL suitability. Some will qualify largely on evidence; others need gap training or full study. You get that split in writing.
Schedule
Delivery is staged around your roster and matched to partner RTOs with the capacity and mode you need — on-site, online or blended.
Report
One point of contact, regular progress reporting, and follow-up on anyone falling behind. Completion is the measure, not enrolment.

Tell us about your workforce
The useful first call covers three things: what your obligations require, roughly how many staff are affected, and how quickly you need it resolved.
Note for employers. Certification Made Easy is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We operate solely as a consulting agency, providing advisory and referral services to our clients through our trusted RTO partners. Any qualification your staff complete is issued by the delivering RTO, and any compliance obligation remains yours — our role is to make meeting it straightforward.
